Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of contract management or project management.
  • Basic understanding of contract process and financial markets.
  • Basic database knowledge.
  • Experience with Docusign, SharePoint and workflow tools preferred.

Operations Specialist Client Contracts

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist Client Contracts

located in Warrendale, PA.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Specialist Client Contracts, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts by preparing, routing, tracking, executing, and storing agreements. The role coordinates workflow across internal stakeholders including Sales, Client Services, Decision Support, Investor Services, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure timely reviews, required approvals, and accurate contract processing. This position maintains contract data and documentation within CLM and related repositories, performs quality checks for accuracy and compliance, and supports process improvements that enhance contracting efficiency and consistency.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
  • Up to 2 years of contract management or project management
  • Basic understanding of contract process and financial markets
  • Basic database knowledge, experience with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
  • Experience with Docusign, SharePoint and workflow tools is preferred
