Job summary

Federated Hermes, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II for its Global Technology Organization in Warrendale, PA.

The role focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery. The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule at the Warrendale, PA office, with opportunities for leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a global asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in information technology environment.
• PMP Certification or demonstrated evidence toward certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience in an information technology environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, project and program management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple small to medium projects.
• Displays effective people management skills and change facilitation.
• Adhere to project methodology and best practices.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies; Planview Portfolios and Azure DevOps preferred.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects per the Federated Project Management Methodology.
• Define project scope with sponsor and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate and facilitate WBS meetings; prepare planning documents and risk analyses.
• Develop schedules and budgets; monitor scope, time, quality, and cost constraints.
• Communicate status to stakeholders per the communication plan and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet the project scope and manage scope changes.
• Oversee project closure and recognize performance of resources.
