  • Familiarity with digital wallets, smart contracts, and major blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana, Hyperledger).
  • Strong client-service orientation with ability to build trusted relationships.

Federated Hermes, Inc., a global leader in active, responsible investing, is seeking a Manager of Client Digital Solutions to join our Client Services team basedin our Warrendale, Pennsylvania office.


What You’ll Do

As part of Federated Hermes’ Client Services Organization, you will be responsible to:



  • Serve as the primary SME for client integrations and digital asset initiatives, acting as the key liaison between clients, Relationship Management, Sales, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate client business requirements into technical solutions involving APIs, SWIFT, file transmissions, digital asset platforms, and related technologies.

  • Lead integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

  • Support the development and distribution of tokenized funds and other digital asset solutions by evaluating blockchain technologies, operational models, and market opportunities.

  • Guide client onboarding to digital asset platforms, including wallet setup, KYC/AML requirements, infrastructure connectivity, and operational troubleshooting.

  • Monitor developments in blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset regulations, providing recommendations on product positioning, processes, controls, and client solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and expand distribution capabilities.


This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office/remote) and is located in Federated Hermes’ Warrendale, Pennsylvania office (15086).


The Expertise We are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with 5+ years of experience in financial services, client solutions, technology integrations, relationship management, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of systems integrations, including APIs, file transmissions, SWIFT messaging, or similar connectivity solutions.

  • Foundational understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, tokenization, and their applications within financial services and investment products.

  • Familiarity with digital wallets, smart contract fundamentals, and major blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana, and Hyperledger.

  • Strong client-service orientation with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively support internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations, make sound decisions, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, lead initiatives, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
