Job summary

Federated Hermes is seeking a strategic Product Development leader to drive the creation and management of U.S. private markets investment products across private credit, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure.

The role partners with Investment Management, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Tax and Operations to design products that meet client needs and regulatory expectations. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and evolution, manage governance, and deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of private market product development experience.
• Experience launching private markets pooled investment products.
• Experience in private equity or real estate asset classes.
• Familiarity with US private market fund regulations (40 Act preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept and market assessment through launch and evolution.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Tax and Operations.
• Navigate governance processes and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Shape product strategy and respond to industry and regulatory changes.
