Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Client Account Representative in Malvern, PA to serve as the main liaison between Account Executives, healthcare practices, and internal teams. You will address patient-related inquiries, coordinate cross-departmental communication, and help improve processes and onboarding for new physician offices.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or have 2+ years in customer service, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in customer service, call center, or sales support with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, Practices, and Sales teams, providing timely support and updates on patient-related activities.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve service, product, process, and EMR-related issues.
• Track, analyze, and document inquiries, feedback, and service trends, maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements.
• Educate users on products, policies, and procedures, and support onboarding of new physician offices and staff.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately and customer service standards are met.
