Job summary

Phillips is seeking a Client Account Representative in Malvern, PA to serve as the key liaison between sales teams, healthcare providers, and internal staff. You will support patient-related activities, coordinate EMR issues, and drive process improvements.

Training lasts 4–12 weeks with a Mon–Fri schedule, then shifts to 10:30 AM–7:00 PM EST. You should have a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in customer service and strong Microsoft Office and technical platform skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service, call center, or sales support with a high school diploma, GED, or vocational education.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple technical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, Practices, and Sales teams; provide timely support and updates on patient-related activities.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve service, product, process, and EMR-related issues.
• Track, analyze, and document inquiries, feedback, and service trends; maintain accurate records and support process improvements.
• Educate users on products, policies, and procedures; support onboarding of new physician offices and staff.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; ensure inquiries are routed properly and customer service standards are met.
• Training, nesting, and ramp-up typically last 4–12 weeks with training hours Mon–Fri 9:00–5:30 EST; after training, schedule 10:30–7:00 EST.
