Job summary

Philips is seeking a Client Account Representative in Malvern, PA to act as the main liaison among sales, healthcare providers, and internal teams. You will resolve issues, support customers, onboard physician offices, and educate users on products and policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in customer service with strong communication and MS Office skills. Office-based with full-time hours, and a training period of 4–12 weeks before schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales support with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use multiple tech platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Account Executives, Practices, and Sales teams with timely updates.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Track and document inquiries, feedback, and service trends; support process improvements.
• Educate users on products, policies, and procedures; assist onboarding of physician offices and staff.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure inquiries are routed to the right teams.
