The AutoClubGroup (ACG) is seeking a Claims Operations professional in Dearborn, Michigan. You will own complex payment and reconciliation workflows, resolve issues, and support cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate claim outcomes.

You’ll train peers, review deposits and allocate funds, and help maintain financial integrity across claim systems in a rotating hybrid setup. ACG values continuous operational excellence and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in processing, customer service, or business administration.
• A valid driver's license is required for in-person inspections or meetings.
• Experience with claim processing concepts, systems, and procedures; data gathering and reporting.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced support to claims functions across lines of business and systems.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on analysis, research and calculations.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve claims needs and document actions.
• Review documents for accuracy and determine next steps in the process.
• Train less senior staff on departmental processes and procedures.
• Balance and reconcile claim deposits and allocate funds correctly.
• Investigate stop pay requests and ensure proper disposition of funds.
