Job summary

Talentify is assisting a U.S. property and casualty insurer with a Claims Service Representative opening in Worcester, MA. Hybrid onsite flexibility, right-to-hire temp-to-hire, with training and two in-office days per week after onboarding.

Role involves empathetic customer service for claims, scripts-based guidance, and coordination of rental, appraisal, and vendor services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of call center and/or office experience required.
• Associate's degree or working towards an associate's degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and empathy in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to claim losses and first notice of loss calls from claimants and insureds.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication and determine appropriate actions.
• Coordinate rentals, appraisals, and vendor services as needed.
• Enter information into the company system using scripts and workflows.
• Interpret inquiries and offer available options to customers.
• Identify claim requirements and initiate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate language interpretation services when requested.
