Northbridge Financial is seeking a Claims Service Representative to join a frontline team handling incoming inquiries and setting up new claims. You will support Claims Adjusters with phone-based claims and maintain data quality while delivering exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes solving problems, managing a busy schedule, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in an Insurance-focused program or related program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service position or call center environment.
• Experience working with and on various systems at any given time.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming inquiries calls and set up new claims.
• Provide prompt technical support services to Claims Adjusters through telephone claims.
• Maintain data quality and service levels within the department.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience.
