Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required, ideally in a claims or operations setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills balancing dealer/customer needs with policy.

Responsibilities

• Address and manage high-priority dealer escalations and align response urgency with needs.
• Receive, validate, and track claims inquiries to identify root causes.
• Investigate to determine claim validity and assign responsibilities for manual claims.
• Provide rapid interim solutions to keep dealers and customers operating smoothly.
• Maintain proactive communication with facility leads, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide status updates for complex claims outside standard processes.
• Escalate highly complex issues to the Corporate Claims Manager.
• Review back charges and route for executive approval within timeframes.
• Coordinate with Specials, Engineering, Finance, and Order Entry to resolve issues.
• Process replacement orders, coordinate delivery, and investigate extension requests.
