Kleinschmidt Group is seeking an Entry-Mid level Civil Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team and develop designs for dam removals, embankment repairs, fish passage facilities, and stream restorations.

The role supports renewable energy projects and requires office 2-3 days per week in hybrid locations including Portland, OR. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $125,000 per year and involves travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Erosion & sediment control and stormwater management design experience.
• Prior exposure to engineering design/construction support tasks.
• Engineer in Training (EIT).

Responsibilities

• Work with senior staff on all stages of project delivery from conceptual designs to issued for bid construction drawings, with field data collection and CAD design.
