Job summary

The State of Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a Revenue Specialist II, Child Support Case Processing Analyst, to join the Case Initiation Team in Largo. This position provides customer support for child support cases and requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

You will initiate requests, coordinate with partners, research case issues, gather information, assist customers, and interact with legal services, other states, and employers to determine next steps.

Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
• Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
