The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking a dedicated professional to join as a Child Support Case Processing Analyst. This internal promotional opportunity provides customer support for child support cases and requires you to analyze case data to determine next steps.

You will initiate and respond to requests, coordinate with internal and external partners, research issues, and assist customers while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• Experience processing information using a computer system.
• Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
• Experience communicating with others to gather information.
