Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a desire to learn the insurance industry.
• Preferred internship or professional experience in insurance, brokerage, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AIM, ImageRight, agency management systems, or other insurance tech.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing and administration of commercial casualty accounts.
• Assist brokers with quoting, quote issuance, binder preparation, policy processing, endorsements, and documentation.
• Review policies and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare renewal marketing materials, submissions, letters, and brokerage docs.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction data in agency management systems.
• Organize and maintain account files in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, underwriters, carriers, clients, and staff.
• Assist with renewal activities, policy servicing, and account management tasks.
• Collaborate with brokers, marketing, and operations to support client service.
• Utilize brokerage tech platforms like AIM, ImageRight, Excel, and Outlook.
