The GEO Group, Inc. is hiring for a role focused on program participant reentry with evidence-based modules such as CBIP and SAFE. This position supports community reintegration, policy adherence, and collaboration with GEO staff and agency partners.

We offer a hybrid schedule combining onsite and remote work, a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, and a robust benefits package including health, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and other employee programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field is required.
• Experience as a facilitator/educator/group moderator is required.
• Preference for experience in a correctional setting.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Ability to conduct individual and group counseling professionally.

Mansioni

• Facilitates delivery of cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings.
• Reviews curriculum and resources to enhance life skills participation.
• Maintains class rosters, attendance, and completion certificates.
• Supports assessment of participant needs and referrals to management.
• Provides individual and group counseling on self-esteem and relationships.
• Communicates with participants about reentry planning and community resources.
• Aids participants in planning post-release plans and responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
