Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reentry Program Specialist to manage participant caseloads, perform risk/needs assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within a correctional-reentry framework.

You will lead orientation, monitor compliance, document progress, and facilitate CBT and life-skills groups while ensuring court and agency reporting requirements are met. Bilingual skills and CBT familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may be required.
• CBT facilitator certification is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of case management, referrals, and interventions in group and individual modalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a participant caseload using the What Works system; conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Lead orientation meetings; explain contracts; install electronic monitoring when necessary.
• Set schedules and approve activity changes; monitor compliance and attend to delinquencies.
• Document progress notes; report status to the court and agency as required.
• Deliver evidence-based CBT programs and life-skills groups weekly; document attendance and progress.
• May testify in court and conduct participant intakes and follow-ups as needed.
