Job summary

The GEO Group, a leading provider in evidenced-based rehabilitation, offers a direct casework role focused on STOP participants. You will conduct assessments, plan case management, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support reintegration.

This role requires a background in criminal justice or related fields, with preference for a Bachelor’s in Human Services and strong documentation skills. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years in criminal justice populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification preferred.
• Understanding of CBT, addiction theories, and criminogenic risks.
• Ability to document and comply with program requirements.
• Ability to tailor services to participant's stage of change.

Responsibilities

• Provide interactive services to STOP participants.
• Conduct placement assessments and develop CMPs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain participant files and progress notes.
• Support audits and participate in STOP training.
