The GEO Group, a global leader in evidenced based rehabilitation, seeks a driven professional to manage a caseload within its program. You will apply What Works principles in interactions with participants and staff, ensuring compliance with program policies and contracting agency requirements.

You will document progress, conduct risk/need assessments, and coordinate with supervisors to meet court-driven obligations while supporting successful participant outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Manages a participant caseload using principles of the What Works system and conducts risk/need assessments.
• Creates individualized treatment plans and documents progress in the Company database.
• Conducts orientation meetings to explain program rules and contracts to participants.
• Sets schedules and approves activity changes based on sentencing information.
• Collects participant fees when required and notifies supervisors of delinquencies.
• Monitors compliance with counseling as required and reports violations to the appropriate agency.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems and relays issues to the Program Manager for resolution.
• Prepares daily/regular summaries and forwards reports to the appropriate agency.
• Reports on program operations to ensure documentation supports court review.
• Represents the company in contacts with elected officials and other public figures in the criminal justice system.
