The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide ongoing support to participants in developing program plans within a GEO reentry setting. You will manage a caseload, apply evidence-based practices, and ensure documentation aligns with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include creating personalized programs, weekly progress reviews, budgeting assistance, housing and education referrals, and discharge reporting while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and structure to participants developing program plans.
• Prepare personalized programs with measurable criteria and timelines.
• Review progress with participants weekly and document changes.
• Assist participants with budgeting, housing, education and employment steps.
• Maintain confidential participant files and ensure data protection.
• Prepare discharge reports within contract timelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and coordinate with GEO staff.
• Ensure safety and adhere to rules and policies.
