Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver cognitive behavioral curriculum and life-skills programming to program participants preparing for reentry. You will model evidence-based practices and coordinate with GEO staff and agency personnel.

You will facilitate group and individual sessions, maintain rosters, track attendance, issue completion certificates, and assist in planning post-release strategies while promoting responsible community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field required.
• Must have previous experience as a facilitator/educator/group moderator.
• Preference given to experience within a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings.
• Maintains rosters and attendance records; issues completion certificates.
• Supports assessment of participant needs and referrals to management.
• Provides individual and group counseling on self-esteem, problem solving, relationships.
