Job summary

CapTech in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Campus Recruiting Coordinator to manage college relationships, plan events, and guide interns from sourcing to offer. You will partner with Handshake, SmartRecruiters, and the marketing team to promote roles and drive engagement.

You will also support full-cycle recruiting for experienced technology roles, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interviews including Power Day, while traveling up to 25-50% during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or college career centers.
• Experience using Handshake or other campus recruiting ATS/CRM.
• Experience planning and managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with large groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with career centers and university partners.
• Plan and coordinate college career fairs and events; deliver workshops.
• Own the full recruiting process for college/intern roles from sourcing to offer.
• Use Handshake and SmartRecruiters to move candidates with detailed notes.
