Job summary

CapTech Consulting in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced campus recruiting professional to grow our relationships with colleges and universities.

You will work with the College Recruitment Manager to build recruiting strategies, manage relationships with career centers, plan career fairs and networking events, and represent CapTech at campus events to strengthen brand awareness among students and prospective candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or at a college career center.
• Experience using Handshake or another campus recruiting ATS/CRM.
• Experience planning and managing multiple events.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including speaking to large groups.
• Familiarity with SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter and DocuSign.
• AI tools experience: Copilot, Cowork, LinkedIn AI tools.
• Willing to travel 25–50% during fall peak season.

Responsibilities

• Develop campus relationships and events with colleges and universities.
• Manage relationships with career centers and university partners.
• Plan and coordinate college career fairs and networking events.
• Represent CapTech at campus events to strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and deliver workshops and presentations to clubs and classes.
• Track recruiting metrics after campus events and activities.
• Own the full recruiting process for Associate Consultant and Internship roles.
• Post openings on CapTech's website and Handshake.
• Identify and engage students via multiple channels with AI-assisted outreach.
• Use SmartRecruiters to move candidates through the process.
• Coordinate virtual and on-site final-round interviews (Power Day).
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote roles and events and deliver communications.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Some travel between 25–50% during peak season.
