Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a campus relationships and recruiting professional to grow connections with colleges and universities, plan career fairs, and manage the full cycle for associate consultant and intern roles. You will use Handshake/ATS tools, coordinate events, and collaborate with marketing and learning & development to ensure a strong candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in recruiting, with strong communication skills and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or college career centers.
• Experience using Handshake or other campus recruiting ATS/CRM.
• Experience planning and managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including speaking to large groups.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and DocuSign.
• AI-forward mindset: familiarity with tools like Copilot, Cowork and LinkedIn AI tools.
• Knowledge of common human resources practices.
• Ability to work with students, universities and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; travel 25-50% during fall season.

Responsibilities

• Grow CapTech's campus relationships with colleges and universities focusing on diversity and belonging.
• Manage college recruitment events and career fairs, collaborating with alumni ambassadors.
• Own full recruiting process for college and intern roles from sourcing to offers.
• Use Handshake/ATS to post openings and track candidates.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person final-round interviews (Power Day).
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote roles and events and deliver communications to candidates.
• Partner with Learning & Development to ensure smooth onboarding after hiring.
• Provide support for experienced recruiting needs as required.
