Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our National Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on hiring top talent into our internship and entry level programs across campuses in multiple markets, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will build relationships with universities and hiring managers, coordinate career fairs and events, and guide candidates through the entire interview and onboarding process. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 2+ years in campus recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support campuses and events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and interviewers.
• Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals through campus recruiting strategies.
• Attend career fairs, virtual/on-campus events, and networking programs.
• Support internship and staff programs with content, logistics, and communications.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Use data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Maintain candidate communications year-round via outreach and social media.
• Provide administrative support for recruiting programs.
• Travel to campuses and events; mileage reimbursement per policy.
