Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for on-campus events and recruitment activities (20–30%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with talent acquisition goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, career services, student organizations, and faculty.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events to promote the company’s brand.
