Wayfair is seeking a contract Campus Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding for interns, co-ops, and full-time hires in a hybrid Boston-based role.

You will build campus pipelines, partner with university partners, and leverage data to optimize hiring. The position offers an hourly rate and a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a summer internship and Early Leaders programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced recruiting environment, especially campus/early-career recruiting.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines with strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with campus partners and external organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management with clear, diplomatic communication.
• Ability to work with timelines and adjust to seasonal hiring surges.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding for interns, co-ops, and full-time roles.
• Build and execute campus engagement plans (career fairs, info sessions, visits) to attract top pipelines.
• Own relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student groups as a Wayfair ambassador.
• Partner with hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and program managers for a smooth process.
• Use data/market insights to track funnel health and improve conversion at each stage.
• Represent early career tracks and programs to candidates and campus partners.
• Contribute to program planning and execution for internships, co-ops, and Early Leaders.
