Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of campus recruiting experience and familiarity with engineering students. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of Campus Recruiting, familiarity with internship and Co-op programs.
• 1+ years experience with Engineering Students.
• Experience working with Handshake and CPT/OPT sponsorships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities.
• Managing the full lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
• Coordinating phone screens and video interviews.
• Attending campus events and tech talks virtually.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers.
