Computershare is seeking a Business Optimization Manager I in Columbia, MD hybrid role. You will support deal onboarding, drive data-driven innovation, and improve service delivery efficiency while guiding teams.

You will act as SME for core processing systems, provide technical guidance on monthly account processing, and lead EUDAs. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Trust, Financial Services, Account Management, Servicing, Operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree may offset one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage moderately to highly complex accounts per trust documents.
• Deliver quality, risk-compliant solutions within agreed timelines.
• Communicate with clients and partners; provide explanations of complex information.
