Job summary

Computershare is seeking a Relationship Manager in Denver, CO, operating in a hybrid model with a base in the Denver office at least three days a week and some work-from-home flexibility. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; account management, client services, or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Manage client requests, transactions, special projects, and issue resolution effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, systems, and regulatory developments.
• Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Sales and Product teams.
• Lead client reviews and support strategic planning for key accounts.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client records, invoicing, funding, revenue tracking, and collections.
