Job summary

Ambu A/S in Columbia, Maryland seeks a Customer Integration & Onboarding Specialist to drive successful onboarding of customers to EDI, maintain mappings, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, coordinating with Sales, IT, Finance, and partners.

The role also acts as a cross-trained backup for Customer Service, supporting order entry, inquiries, and account maintenance during peak workload to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• > Associate degree in business, information systems, supply chain, or equivalent.
• • 2-3 years in EDI, customer service, order management or related role.
• • Experience with ERP systems and CRM preferred (Infor M3, Salesforce).
• • Experience with EDI transactions and onboarding processes preferred.
• • Customer implementation/project management experience.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work with multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• > Lead customer onboarding for EDI ordering and go-live.
• • Configure inbound/outbound EDI mappings and transaction sets.
• • Validate data requirements, troubleshoot mapping errors and failures.
• • Maintain documentation and implementation records.
• • Act as primary EDI/Onboarding contact for customers.
• • Provide post-go-live support and education.
