The position emphasizes collaboration across RMS and SAS divisions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. You will guide deal onboarding, provide technical guidance on account processing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while bridging business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Trust, Financial Services, Account Management, Servicing, or Operations.
• A bachelor’s degree or military experience may offset one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage moderate to high complexity accounts.
• Deliver quality, sustainable and risk-compliant solutions.
• Correspond with clients and partners; provide documentation and explanations.
• Proactively support risk management per policy and appetite.
• Monitor market changes and translate into value-added services.
• Independently manage setup for standard deals.
• Interpret basic contractual terms and assist waterfall setup.
• Liaise with clients and servicers to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Manage work with limited supervision.
• Provide innovative solutions for customers with new products and concepts.
• Foster team development and continuous improvement.
