Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Athens, GA is seeking a Business Insurance Client Service Specialist to support mid-market clients with renewal processing, rate information, and client communications. This hybrid role requires commuting to our Athens office at least three days a week.

You will maintain client data, prepare proposals, assist with marketing and claims support, and help the service team achieve retention goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process new and renewal business within timelines.
• Provide clients with plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client and prospect meetings.
• Document member and client communications in the client management system.
• Assist with marketing and seminars as needed.
• Assist clients with claims resolution.
• Support service and production teams to achieve agency revenue and retention goals.
• Maintain daily client processing tasks (endorsements, policies, audits, cancellations).
• Assist with marketing activities as needed.
• Monitor claims when applicable and document communications in the CMS.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other communications for internal and client needs.
• Assist clients with claims resolution.
• Participate in seminars/training to enhance knowledge.
