Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, business administration, project management, information technology management, or related field.
• Associate's degree with two years or more of experience in business analysis, process improvement or IT related roles.
• Four or more years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or tax administration.

Responsibilities

• Test software changes to ensure they meet business requirements and are optimal for users.
• Collaborate with staff to prioritize bug fixes and enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate ongoing user needs and review business processes to gain familiarity with taxes.
• Quantify and implement upgrades and enhancements to software.
• Identify risks with process changes and analyze benefits.
