The Vermont Department of Taxes is seeking a Business Support Analyst who will act as a liaison between divisions and software development teams. You will help implement changes, test their effectiveness, and define requirements to support form processing and refund review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as accounting, statistics, business administration, PM, IT management.
• Experience in business process improvement and government service modernization.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to learn complex tax administration and data analysis processes.
• Experience with iterative processes and incorporating feedback.
• Basic understanding of SQL preferred but not required.
