Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years IT business analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity, cross-functional business analysis initiatives.
• Define problems, outcomes, scope, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and options analyses; present recommendations.
• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Create documentation: requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes.
• Analyze existing systems and assess for technical and business suitability.
