The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to translate needs into effective solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and cross-functional meetings.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and workflows.
• Ability to perform impact assessments, gap analyses, and process evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Experience leading business analysis activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse groups.
