Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis, process improvement, and RPA implementation.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in tech or financial services.
• 2 years in process analysis / continuous improvement, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Review processes end-to-end to identify automation opportunities.
• Lead the RPA team in feasibility analysis and automation requirements.
• Prepare detailed process analyses and documentation for automation.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to implement automation solutions.
