Responsibilities

Lead requirements strategy for cross-functional insurance product initiatives.
Elicit, document, decompose, validate, and prioritize requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to shape solution approaches and guide decisions.
Maintain traceability across design, development, testing, and launch.
Facilitate sessions, resolve ambiguity, and reduce delivery risk.
Apply insurance domain knowledge to strengthen solutions throughout the lifecycle.
