Job summary

Associated Insurance Management, LLC (AIM, LLC) seeks an Automation Analyst to design, develop, and maintain automated business processes across the organization. You will work on workflow automation, SQL development, data management, and system optimization in a hybrid role from Burlington, MA.

You will collaborate with IT and business users, support C# and .NET applications, and ensure secure, scalable technology solutions. 3–5 years automation experience and insurance knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Experience developing and optimizing SQL Server queries, views, and procedures.
• Experience with C#/.NET applications and related tooling.
• 3–5 years of automation experience preferred.
• Experience in technical writing and process documentation.
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automated business processes and workflows.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows and applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integration routines.
• Support and enhance applications developed in C# and .NET.
• Analyze large data sets for operations and reporting needs.
• Provide SQL-based reporting support and respond to tickets.
