Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Broker Support Specialist to assist independent broker partners, agencies, and field marketing organizations. The role focuses on contracting, onboarding, enrollment verification, commission questions, and provider look-ups, with a path to support growth across the broker channel.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite at the Monrovia or Huntington Beach offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist appointed independent agents and agencies with contracting/onboarding and enrollment verification.
• Develop and distribute educational materials to broker partners to support growth.
• Create templates and resources with Sales Trainer and Marketing Team for faster growth.
• Coordinate virtual events and provide training support.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.
