Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Broker Sales Manager to drive enrollments via Agencies and Agents in the Los Angeles County territory. The role includes training and supporting agents, building new relationships, and scheduling community events.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite at the Huntington Beach or Monrovia office and travel to meet with agents and at events. You will help develop growth strategies, manage agent relationships, and provide ongoing training

Qualifications

• Active California Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with Insurance Agencies/Agents/Field Marketing Organizations.
• Strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and service to seniors/low-income individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Agency distribution in the assigned market.
• Encourage agents to sell Clever Care products to clients and community.
• Grow provider/community relationships to boost channel performance.
• Identify new provider and community referral opportunities.
• Lead sales and marketing presentations for prospects and events.
