Job summary

Medical Mutual is seeking a broker support specialist hybrid role in Brooklyn, OH. You will respond to inquiries, support enrollment, billing and plan questions while maintaining broker relationships and contributing to retention targets.

The role requires collaboration with Account Managers for broker presentations, attendance at external meetings, and reporting from broker systems. A strong CRM background and health insurance knowledge are valued for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of customer service and/or sales/account management support experience.
• Ohio Department of Insurance License (Health & Life) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to broker inquiries via phone and email, resolving enrollment, billing, and plan questions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers to achieve retention targets.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and attend external meetings with broker agencies.
• Generate and distribute reports from broker portal and systems.
• Stay updated on product changes and health care reform topics.
