Job summary

HCSC is seeking a professional to support sales representatives or account management in prospecting, acquiring, or renewing health insurance business. You will help build relationships with brokers, resolve customer issues, and prepare reports while coordinating enrollments and RFP information.

Travel to client sites may be required. The role is flex-hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) with compensation in the mid to upper range for the industry and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 5 years of health care management/marketing experience.
• State Insurance License(s) required or to be obtained within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives or account management in prospecting, acquiring, or renewing business.
• Build relationships with customer representatives/brokers and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Prepare/analyze reports and participate in enrollment meetings.
• Gather information for RFPs and assist with new accounts or renewals.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
