Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage Account Management staff and coaching.

• Scheduling: Manage staff calendars for service continuity.
• Staffing: Ensure appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring decisions.
• Performance evaluations: Prepare and deliver evaluations.
• Coaching and development: Provide training and support to staff.
• Data analysis: Monitor and interpret performance metrics.
• Communication: Maintain transparent leadership communications.
• Process improvement: Develop and enforce core processes and policies.
