Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience with deep knowledge of commercial lines operations.
• Active P&C license required.
• Outstanding communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Account Management staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels and service continuity.
• Provide hiring recommendations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Offer coaching and training for staff development.
