Qualifications

• 1+ year of similar work experience (retail, customer service, guest relations, sales, and cash handling).
• Comfortable promoting products and engaging in consultative conversations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members in the branch and create a positive first impression.
• Assist and educate members on self-service options, including ITMs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account needs.
• Open new consumer accounts efficiently with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth services.
• Recommend improvements to enhance member experience and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards.
• Work 40 hours per week: Mon–Fri 7:30AM–6PM
