Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of similar work experience (retail, customer service, guest relations, sales, and cash handling) preferred.
• Comfortable promoting products and services in consultative, sales-oriented conversations.
• Strong comfort level with technology and data systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with integrity and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members in the branch creating a positive first impression.
• Assist and educate members on self-service options, including ITMs.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs.
• Open new consumer accounts efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services.
• Recommend improvements that enhance the member experience and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards.
