Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Statesville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy, while maintaining realistic caseloads and collaborating with the Clinical team to ensure ethical care.

This position offers a competitive compensation package up to $105,000 per year plus quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits from day one, and ongoing professional development

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Salary Description

Up to $105,000/year + quarterly bonus
