Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise individualized treatment programs focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy for individuals with autism. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practices and progress toward meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical care, neuroaffirming approaches, and ongoing professional development with structured pathways for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Contribute to clinical growth through defined pathways and collaboration with the Behavior Treatment Committee.
